Abu Rem — ابو ريم
T-shirt design inspired by the supermarkets’ own plastic bag branding.
I took Abu Rem’s plastic bag with me as a souvenir. He runs the closest small supermarket near where I lived for a while. Back home in Vienna I traced the image and screen printed it on T-shirts. When I got to Cairo again, I gave him the T-shirt.
